Cancellation policy:

With less than 24 hours notice or failure to turn up, will be subject to a cancellation fee. Cancellation fee is the full price of your grooming slot. Payment will need to be made before your next grooming appointment.

Matting fees:

Matted coats will result in a matting fee which can be discussed on arrival to your appointment.

Time keeping:

Please be on time for your appointment, if special requirements need to be discussed please arrive 5 minutes early. Arriving later than 20 minutes will result in a missed appointment and cancellation fees applied.

Thank you for your understanding, I am a small business owner and value both your time and mine. When we book your appointment, that time is set aside to focus on your dog along with additional time to prepare. This allows me to enter the appointment ready and utilise the time as efficiently as possible. I understand scenarios can occur and cancellation may be required. If you do need to cancel, please contact me as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment.

To avoid being charged a cancellation fee, please make sure you contact us at least 24 hours ahead of your scheduled appointment.
